What is Cyber Crime:
             Cyber Crime is any criminal activity that involves a computer, networked device, other electronic equipments/devices or network. It also covers crimes such as creating and distributing viruses or sending confidential information against any person or State..
In general, there may be three types of Cyber Crime:
1. The offense against a person.2. Crime against property.3. Crime against the State.
            A crime against a person can be the spread of child pornography, anyone can be abused or humiliated by email, social website or other similar means. This kind of crime also leads to violations of the private life of the population. The disturbance of the privacy of the on line population is a cyber crime. No one is pleased to interfere with another person in their own intimate life. Which comes Under Section 20 and 24 of Prevention of Electronic Crime Act -2016, Pakistan.
The following types of cyber crime are an act that is directed against any property. These crimes include computer vandalism (the destruction of another person’s property), transmission of damaging programs. Such a crime is the case in the following case: competing companies send corporative cybercashchu to a rival institution to steal certain information that might damage the company or bankrupt. Which comes Under Section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13 (Electronic forger), 14 (Electronic fraud),15, 16, 17 ,18 and 19 of Prevention of Electronic Crime Act -2016, Pakistan.
Virus “malware” is one of the best examples of such a crime. It first appeared in March 1999 and soon spread to Europe, United States and later all the world. He caused 80 million dollars to damage computers around the world.
